The full cast and creative team have been set for A Grand Guignol Children's Show* (*not for children), set to run at ArtWorks Theatre, December 5-January 10.
For the 200th birthday of the beloved French puppet, Guignol, André de Lorde's Grand Guignolers are celebrating their namesake with a collection of modified classic fairytales, including Little Red Riding Hood: A Horror Play, Hansel and Gretel: A Horror Play, The Ugly Duckling: A Melodrama, and Rapunzel: An Erotic Thriller.
The cast will feature Tina Van Berckelaer, Hannah Chodos, Lisa Cirincione, Diana DeLuna, Benjamin Durham, Vanessa Forster, Patrick Humphrey, Gary Karp, Josephine Keefe, Ember Knight, Debbie McMahon, Dani O'Terry, Carlos Penaranda, and Bridgette Trahan. The creative team includes Matt Richter (lighting/sound), Suzanne Scott (costumes), and Jeanne Simpson (choreography).
